These Terms of Service apply to your use of the DSG Distributors LLC website at dsg.direct and to purchases from DSG Distributors LLC ("DSG," "we," "us" or "our"), 45 Cain Drive, Plainview, NY 11803. DSG is a trade-only distributor of audio, video, networking, security, lighting and automation products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Trade customers only

We sell to professional integrators, installers, contractors and resellers for installation or resale, not to end users. We may refuse any order, or refuse to supply any product, at any time.

Accounts, pricing and payment

Accounts are subject to approval. New accounts may be required to pay in advance. Prices, credit terms, payment methods and invoicing are set out in our Terms of Trade. Prices exclude sales tax and other taxes, and may change as described there.

Orders and quotes

No contract exists until we accept your order as described in the Terms of Trade. Quotations are open for acceptance for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, returns and warranty

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only.

Website use

Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions (including our text messaging terms). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Trade and Terms of Use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
